Oscar is a handsome little boy who arrived through our TNR program. He's been here since 2016 and is very quiet, but becomes a lovebug once he gets to know you. He has the softest fur and the prettiest light green almost blue eyes. He jumps up onto shelves for face boops the second you walk in the room.
