Manchester has ruled the upper barn since day one. He has been here since 2012 and adds a lot of personality to the area. He takes his job of keeping all the other cats in line very seriously. He has litter box issues, which has kept him at the Rescue. He'll always have a home with us. He's a sweet cat once you get to know him.
