Bubbles is a sweet, quiet girl who has spent most of her adult life here at no fault of her own. She was adopted in 2014 as a kitten, but then returned in 2018. The scarring on her eye is from an old injury that had already healed before she even came to us and doesn't prohibit her in any way. She enjoys quiet one on one time with volunteers and gets along well with others.
